Dear Black Sisters and Brothers,
We would like to warn you about the nationwide community vaccine clinics that are being planned for this Saturday, April 22 in cities across America. You are being directly targeted with yet another propaganda campaign aimed at psychologically manipulating you to accept and support the mass vaccination of your community. Please don’t fall for it.
Please watch this video of Anthony Fauci and DC Mayor Muriel Bowser. They begin by congratulating people going into Anacostia, DC’s Ward 8 African American community to get people vaccinated, and then go house to house. Note the family at minute 3:54 and the man at 4:52 who is a model of clarity and standing up to propaganda.
You were correct to be skeptical and suspicious about the safety and the motives behind the rollout of the Covid shots in December 2020. You were labeled as “vaccine hesitant” in need of persuasion. You were patronized with fake compassion about your history of medical mistreatment, including the Tuskegee experiment, sterilization, high rates of autism among Black boys, misdiagnoses, insufficient administration of pain medication, high maternal mortality rates and more.
Your concerns about these shots were justified. These experimental shots, manipulated on the basis of “Emergency Use Authorization” (EUA) were rushed without adequate data on effectiveness or short or long-term safety. They turned out to be a total failure:
They don't protect people from catching Covid, from spreading Covid, from being hospitalized, or from dying. In fact, growing evidence suggests that the more shots someone has, the more likely they are to have serious reactions including heart attacks, strokes, disabilities, and more. They are more likely are to get Covid, as well.
The new bivalent booster shots were not even tested on humans, but on 8 mice who were infected and killed without autopsies to figure out how the mRNA affected their organs. "Bivalent” means it has two strains, 50% from the original Wuhan virus, also known as the “Ancestral strain” and 50% from recent variants of Omicron, BA 5 and BA5. These strains are now extinct as new variants have replaced them, which are more mild.
Furthermore they are throwing out millions of doses because they expire before people want them. People are catching on. Might they be eager to use these up on you before they expire? By now, most people have been vaccinated and/or have natural immunity and recognize that the shots don’t work.
Propaganda Aimed at Blacks
Here are some of the strategies used to persuade you:
· Exploiting Black celebrities
They publicized Black celebrities to make the shots more than socially acceptable, but cool. On January 4, 2021, they used beloved baseball Hall of Famer, Hank Aaron, along with other respected Black seniors at Morehouse School of Medicine, to encourage Blacks to get vaccinated. He said, “I don’t have any qualms about it at all, you know. I feel quite proud of myself for doing something like this. It’s just a small thing that can help zillions of people in this country."
You are not alone. NPR radio host Maria Hinojosa, naively accepted her public role to influence the Hispanic community, at her own risk. Listen to Maria Hinojosa Checks Back In With Dr. Anthony Fauci on her weekly show LATINO USA APR 30, 2021. However, the Black community seems to be a bigger target and a higher priority.
· Using trusted Black authorities
They trotted out Black doctors as respectable medical authorities to seduce you into taking the shots.
Cynthia Taylor, executive administrator for the Black Doctors Consortium, got the COVID-19 vaccine at a Philadelphia Department of Health clinic. (Emma Lee/WHYY) Philadelphia’s Black Doctors COVID-19 Consortium is getting much more involved in the city’s vaccine distribution efforts.
“According to The Philadelphia Inquirer, more than 40% of the people who have received COVID immunizations so far have been white, while just 12% were Black.”
· People follow people like themselves
Techniques from behavioral science research have been used to persuade, or “nudge” you to take the shots. Studies show that people follow people like themselves. They played on that. It worked. In the first 5 months of 2021 many initial refusers were convinced to comply.
· Playing on Historical Memory of Medical injustices
Messages are designed to overcome your legitimate concerns and skepticism developed due to historical medical injustices.
I understand the hesitancy. I understand the atrocities that Black people have endured previously and current day. Please, do not allow things of the past and the present to prevent you from protecting yourself and those whom you love. There is not enough vaccine to go around, and when it’s gone, it’s gone, until it’s made again.

She also uses the threat of scarcity, a technique to get hesitant people to act.
· Incentives
People are offered cash payments and other incentives for getting the shots. Schools, churches, institutions and other places hosting vaccination clinics are financially rewarded. They host fun, celebratory fares to make getting the shots a positive social experience that creates pressures to conform.
Black Bodily Autonomy
Historically, the Black body has been subject to exploitation and much suffering. It is time to claim your personal sovereignty and bodily autonomy.
Heroic, Trustworthy Models
To counter the propaganda strategies, let’s pay attention to the brilliant, trustworthy Black doctors, nurses and scientists who care for your health and do not make money from mass vaccination campaigns.
Here are two:
Dr. Christina Parks, PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology. She did her graduate research in the field of cytokine signaling. Cytokines are the chemicals that the immune system uses to communicate. Thus Dr. Parks brings a wealth of knowledge about how both COVID and COVID vaccines may affect the immune system.

Dr. Christina Parks’ Testimony on the Unscientific Foolishness of ‘Vaccine’ Mandates
Joseph A. Ladapo, MD, PhD, is the State Surgeon General of Florida. He also serves as Professor of Medicine at the University of Florida, where his research examines behavioral economic strategies to reduce cardiovascular risk in low-income and disadvantaged populations.
In March 2022, Dr. Ladapo, faced significant criticism for advising against the COVID-19 vaccine for children under 17, citing reported risks outweighing the benefits. Now, the World Health Organization has rolled back its own recommendation on the vaccine for healthy children and teenagers.

This event targets black communities by setting up clinics in – NC, FL, IN, MD, VA, GA, CA and LA to “make vaccine resources more accessible” If you live in these areas, please make your voices heard and share true informed consent with our CHD informed consent fact sheet! We need as many boots on the ground as possible to educate them on the harms and risks of the COVID vaccine so they have proper informed consent.
