I have a lifelong interest in the ethics of accurate diagnosis and concern about the harms of misdiagnosis. One cannot receive correct treatment without a specific differential diagnosis. Accurate diagnosis and referrals to practitioners with high success rates is a sacred responsibility. Misdiagnosis prevents healing, creates obstacles to health and joy and causes suffering, humiliation, trauma and death.
Misdiagnosis triply harms people by 1) denying treatment for what they actually have, which will get worse, and 2) being treated for something they do not have, and 3) causing new, secondary, preventable, potentially lifelong, disabling, or even life-threatening conditions.
I especially hate the common practice of misdiagnosing physiological conditions as psychological disorders. Children with sugar sensitivities are often diagnosed with behavioral, learning, and/or psychological disorders, but symptoms will disappear with a correct diet. Many are given drugs and therapy. No amount of therapy will help. Adding insult to injury can create psychological problems and lifelong issues with weight, brain fog, allergies, diabetes, anxiety, depression, social problems and shame. Those accurately diagnosed can be easily cured by eliminating triggering foods, additives. Misdiagnosis is malpractice.
In How Doctors Think, Jerome Groopman, observed how after an original misdiagnosis, subsequent doctors mindlessly follow suit and fail to explore contradictory evidence and alternative diagnoses.
Groopman describes a woman in her 30s with stomach cramps and weight loss. She was misdiagnosed with bulimia, regarded as crazy, force fed and suffered for 15 years while 30 doctors repeated the same misdiagnosis and mistreatments/maltreatments. A friend suggested she might have a gluten allergy. She was accurately diagnosed with celiac disease, eliminated gluten and became healthy.
Misdiagnosing Covid Spikeshot Physical Injury as Psychological
It is common practice to misdiagnose people with adverse reactions (AEs) to Covid shots as having a psychosomatic illness. They are put on psych wards, sent to mental health professionals, and given psychotropic drugs. Their medical records are falsified with psychological diagnoses. Their AE reports, are censored. Those who volunteered for clinical trials and were injured are eliminated from the data.
Misleading Orwellian Framing of “Vaccine Hesitancy”
Did you ever question the universally used term “vaccine hesitance” for every person who refused the jab?
Vaccine Hesitance is an intentional Orwellian frame, ubiquitously deployed for propaganda campaigns. It insinuates that hesitant people are naïve, misguided, ignorant, and inferior. They just need to be nudged, rewarded, peer pressured, told that they are victims of misinformation or coerced with threats of exclusion from jobs, schools, travels, etc. They are portrayed as a mortal threat who can infect and kill others and prevent all of humanity from entering Bill Gates’s promised land that requires 7.8 billion shots in arms.
They are called anti-vaxxers, accused of being Republicans, shunned, demonized, accused of the crime of causing “vaccine hesitancy,” killing people and preventing the end of the pandemic. They are denied necessary medical treatment.
Doctors who expose scientific truths are called crazy and dangerous. Their licenses are suspended. Swiss Cardiologist, Dr. Thomas Binder, MD, member of Doctors for Covid Ethics and a member of the German Physicians and Scientists for Health, Freedom and Democracy challenged the scientific basis for lockdowns, mandates and PCR tests. in February 2020. Two colleagues reported him to the police who sent 60 armed police to arrest him. After determining that he was not a threat and had no history of mental illness, they sent a doctor to diagnose him with “Corona Insanity” and commit him to a psychiatric ward and forced psychiatric medications. HIs danger was inspiring “vaccine hesitancy.”
We learned this week from the Twitter Files that admittedly true stories of adverse reactions were censored from the public, for their own good, to prevent VH.
Conflation of External Behavior with Inner States
Let’s use the term “vaccine refusers.” Most are not hesitant. Propagandists manipulatively conflates refusal, a behavior, with hesitancy, an internal psychological, emotional state, making erroneous inferences about actual intentions, beliefs and reasoning processes.
Cognitive linguist George Lakoff, who opened a window into political framing, showed us that those attempting to psychologically manipulate the public set the frames, they also set the terms of the debate. When those with opposing opinions uncritically adopt the frames of the manipulators, they/we unknowingly reinforce messages and mindsets that work against their/our intentions.
For example, Frank Luntz, Republican pollster and word smith, came up with “death tax,” (for estate tax) and “tax relief,” (framing taxes as a burden), and “climate change,” more benign than “global warming.” The pervasive use of hesitancy is a psyop.
Hypocognition
Lumping all Refusers into one category fuels dualistic thinking that divides the world into two groups. This reflects a collective cognitive disorder known as Hypocognition. It means low thinking, being unable to have or communicate ideas and concepts for which we have no words. It was coined by psychiatrist and anthropologist Robert Levy.
Dualistic black-and-white, us/them thinking can reduce empathy incite prejudice and hostility. Simplistic all or nothing thinking fosters cognitive laziness and impedes critical thinking abilities which would enable people to discern finer distinctions, thereby dumbing people down. It reduces understanding, nuance, complexity, depth and consciousness.

Psyops - Switching Frames Between Anti-Vax and Vaccine Hesitance
Refusers called hesitants or anti-vaxxers are being deliberately framed, variably as misguided and stupid or selfish, dangerous, right-wing, etc.
Behind closed doors at the WHO Vaccine Safety Summit in Geneva in December 2019, before Covid shots, anthropologist Dr. Heidi Larson, Director of Big Pharma-funded Vaccine Confidence Project[1][2] raised concerns about increasing “vaccine hesitancy” among doctors and nurses, first hand witnesses who have high rates of vaccine refusal.
Larsen emphasized the need to be less insulting and offensive to get people to comply with vaccines. Their solution is better messaging!
“One of our biggest challenges, I think now is getting rid of the term Anti-Vax, getting rid of the hostile language, starting to have more conversations, being open to questions making people feel more like they shouldn’t be judged when they’re asking questions as crazy as the question might seem to you, as stupid as they might seem, as ignorant as it might seem, we can’t risk losing another person’s confidence right now”
The term “vaccine hesitancy” was used more in the seductive phase of the vaccine rollout to induce people with money, lottery tickets and Krispy Kremes to get shots.
Aware of Blacks’ history of medical experimentation (Tuskegee, sterilization, and much more), “vaccine hesitancy” was used in a patronizing way, feigning compassion. Black doctors and celebrities like Hank Aaron were trotted out in propaganda campaigns to get understandably “hesitant” Blacks to trust authorities now. The campaign sadly did convince many skeptical Blacks to get the shots.
When compliance waned, they went back to Anti-Vaxxer framing, demonization, harsh coercion, mandates, ostracism, and exclusion from jobs, schools, social events, and travel.
Classifying Attitudes Towards Covid Shots
People have many reasons for refusing Covid shots, rushed at warp speed without animal trials or long-term studies on young, healthy subjects, many of whom had serious reactions. Shots were not tested on older people, pregnant women, immune-compromised, and others pressured to get shots.
People with rational reasons for refusing are pathologized as irrational. People who think for themselves are considered lesser than those who accept what they are told without question and without truly informed consent, in violation of the Nuremberg Code,
The Eskimos have 40 words for snow. We need more terms for all the different attitudes about Covid spikeshots. Below are 30 categories to discriminate Spikeshot attitudes. People may fit into more than one category. I welcome your ideas in the comments.

Health conscious Covid survivor, Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers’ all-time leader in touchdown passes with natural immunity, became a target of ridicule for refusing the shots.
Vaccine Literate
· Term by Gary Kohls, MD. Duty to Warn. Refusers who avidly read the literature, original studies, and analyses of Covid shots and follow current data from around the world, including VAERS reports.
Vaccine Conspiracy Hypothesists
· People who are not sure what or whom to believe but are curious, open-minded and will base their beliefs and opinions on a variety of sources of information and change their opinion if convinced by independent, trustworthy, scientific data.
Medically Informed Vaccine Refusers
· Doctors, nurses, frontline health care workers who refuse vaccines based on direct observations, clinical experience and knowledge
Volunteers for the Vaccine Control Group for Science
· Since the government, in an act of scientific fraud, vaccinated clinical trial control group participants to prevent a scientific basis for comparison, some Refusers are volunteering to serve as controls to determine relative rates of cancer, strokes, clots, myocarditis, death, all cause mortality.
· People who recognize the scientific necessity for a control group convey scientific legitimacy to this mass experiment and can be compared in future years to those who received shots.

· People who investigate, document, speak out risking censorship, defamation, loss of jobs, licenses to practice, ostracism, a variety of punishments.

Vaccine Guinea Pigs
· Young, healthy, trusting people who volunteered to be subjects in this experiment rushed at warp speed, without animal trials. They agreed to be injected with a new gene technology never used before in all humanity with no information on long term effects, including ADE - Antibody Dependent Enhancement (which killed ferrets in animal trials), autoimmunity, fertility, genetic alteration of future generations and more.
· Some with adverse reactions and deaths were excluded from trial data.

· People who go along with the entire CDC schedule without question

In November, 2020, before the Pfizer vaccine was released, they were concerned about people returning for a second shot if they had pain and adverse reactions to the first.
Therefore, “Saad Omer, director of the Yale Institute for Global Health ….. called for the rollout of a robust messaging campaign … The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has created a strategy called "Vaccinate with Confidence" ..
"We are asking people to take a vaccine that is going to hurt," said Dr. William Schaffner, a professor of preventive medicine and health policy at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Omer said, "There's evidence that suggests that if you frame pain as a proxy of effectiveness, it's helpful," he said. "If it's hurting a little, it's working."
Please note that pain does not actually mean that it is working, and the deceptive use of the term “a little.” This is purely a psychological trick to induce compliance. It takes weeks for antibodies to develop and pain and adverse reactions can sadly mean other things might dangerously be ignored if people think pain is a good sign and fail to get help.
The messaging works. My 38-year-old son told me his shot hurt, so he knew it worked. My 26-year-old nephew told me his second Pfizer didn’t hurt so he was very afraid that it didn’t work. He did however get vertigo and other debilitating symptoms.
