DC Council’s Vote to Delay
On Tuesday, November 1, DC Council Members (CM) voted reluctantly to delay the “No Shots, No Schools” Mandate until school year 2023 – 2024. Here is a link for the 4-page Proposed Resolution.
They were torn between what CM Charles Allen described as “two harms” – their imagined harm of not “vaccinating” every student in DC versus the harm of excluding 23,000 (25%) of “unvaccinated” children from school after working so hard to get them back after the devastating lockdown.
Kathy Blum and Caroline Kennedy, leaders of Children's Health Defense’s Virginia Chapter organized a peaceful protest in front of DC Council’s John A Wilson Building, respectfully requesting a vote against the COVID-19 vaccine school mandate. For now, DC Council ended up doing the right thing for the wrong reasons.
10 voted to postpone the mandate. CM Brooke Pinto voted against the delay. CM Mary Cheh voted “present” and CM Vincent Gray was absent.
Pinto, mimicking media propaganda, ignorantly claimed, “We know that Covid vaccines are safe and the most effective way to prevent serious illness, hospitalization and death” and cited White House Covid 19 coordinator, Ashish Jah’s predictably timed, fear-mongering, baseless warning about a coming spike in cases.
She urged children who did not get the “vaccinations” to get them ASAP, and the rest to get their bivalent boosters ASAP for imaginary added protection.
She had “deep concern that by extending the deadline” they were “jeopardizing their ability to enforce mandates down the line” and that there was “misinformation that they are ineffective.”
Not considering that 25% of parents might have done more research than she did, and had informed reasons for refusing to subject their kids to a fraudulent medical experiment, Council Members discussed overcoming obstacles by providing convenient mobile and school-based “vaccination” clinics, partnering with Safeway.
CM Mary Cheh, worried if they don’t mandate, the “unvaccinated” would “have the right to subject other people to illness” and urged spending all money necessary to get people to comply, fearing a vote to delay would encourage people not to comply and “anti-vaxxers would have their day.” CM Cheh was so torn between the “two harms” that she voted “present.”
Their conclusion was to work hard to convince more parents, make “vaccine” clinics more convenient, get more kids injected, and see how things evolve, aspiring to mandate in the fall.
Note they mispronounced “bivalent” and seemed unaware that there we no human safety trials on this “booster,” tested on 8 mice who didn’t do well and were killed without autopsies. Most of them have no idea what they intend to mandate.
The Need to Extend the Right to Informed Consent
· Informed Consent
The Nuremberg Code is the world’s most significant document on medical ethics. It enshrines every person’s essential right to voluntary fully informed consent before receiving any medical procedure, especially experimental interventions.
It states, “The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. … the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should … be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion, and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension .. to make an understanding and enlightened decision .. there should be made known to him … the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.”
· Informed Consent on Behalf of Children
Children are not capable of informed consent. Parents and guardians are, but most delegate this sacred responsibility to undeservedly trusted authorities – the FDA, the CDC and other agencies are captured, or rather “infected” by Big Pharma. Emergency Use Authorization, EUA, can be sneakily used to justify school mandates.
Several of us observed many all-day FDA and CDC committee meetings, also shown live on CHD TV and live blogged by Dr. Meryl Nass. Each ended in a unanimous or near unanimous vote authorizing Covid shots for younger and younger children who have zero risk of dying from Covid. We were alarmed at their use of fraudulent studies to authorize dangerous, unnecessary shots for children as young as 6 months old. Note many countries have halted these shots for people under 19, 30 or even 50 years of age.
Panelists with conflicts of interests and revolving doors to lucrative industry positions voted to authorize experimental interventions that they are charged to regulate. They were hellbent on getting their mRNA shots into CDC’s official child vaccine schedule in order to exempt manufacturers from all liability for injuries and deaths for all ages. A bonanza!
Public sentiments expressed in brilliant 3-minute public oral comments as well as written public comments (140,000 at FDA’s VRBPAC Committee on October 26, 2021, begging for a “No” vote) are always ignored.
Despite rigged trials conducted by the manufacturers, cherry picked data, lack of safety data, panelists’ expressions of doubts, worries and unanswered questions, they still shockingly vote “Yes” with rare “No” votes or abstentions.
The process is a charade. The vote was always a done deal, taking place after millions of vials have already been ordered and popup clinics scheduled and ready to go in days.
Horrified at the prospect of massive harm to children, I created an “Informed Consent on Behalf of Children” checklist as a simple tool to place in people’s hands to give them truly, fully informed consent before subjecting children to a dangerous medical experiment. Sadly, these did not reach many people.

We need to find ways to guarantee truly, fully informed consent on behalf of vulnerable children, and to protect naïve, trusting parents from making mistakes they will regret.
· Informed Collusion
“Do schools, community centers, and government agencies that host pop-up Pfizer mRNA clinics that enable mass injections of children bear any responsibility to families for any adverse events, injuries, disabilities and deaths, now or in the future?” ( Informed Collusion)
Predatory clinics, run by partnerships with pharmacies, staffed by naive staff members, exploit manipulated emotions and belief systems of vulnerable to a massive propaganda campaign of fear porn.
Schools, institutions that host clinics for adults, collude with the mandaters. They give a cloak of authority and undeserved legitimacy and are colluding with corrupt entities with conflicts of interest. They are enablers.

It occurred to me that if school staff were informed, and if they did not inform the parents and if a child was harmed and if the parents found out that they were not told, that would be a serious problem.”
· Informed Coercion
Mandating any shots overrides informed consent, whether to children, college students or workers. “No Jabs, No Jobs” or DC’s “No Shots, No Schools” are coercive measures that deny informed consent. Illegitimate authorities hijack parents’ right and responsibility to protect their children.
Most who mandate believe what they are doing. They would want to know if they were misguided. They would prefer to know before they vote rather than after when damage has been done.
Therefore, it is logical and ethical for those who mandate shots to made aware of what they are demanding of others.
They would not like to meet the fate of European Parliament Members who voted on false premises. They learned too late that they were lied to about safety and efficacy before voting for mandates that caused injuries, disabilities and deaths.
On October 11, 2022, outraged Members of the European Parliament held an emergency press conference after discovering that Pfizer did not even test their mRNA shots for infection and transmission during the otherwise fraudulent clinical trials.

Romanian MEP Chris Torres was practically in tears showing the statistical map showing that the most “vaccinated” countries had the highest rates of all-cause mortality. He excoriated Pfizer for secrecy to protect their own interests at the expense of the interests of their citizens.
Croatian MEP, lawyer Mislav Kolakusic, demanded a refund of $2.5 billion euros spent on Covid shots, a cancellation of the $71 billion euro deal for the equivalent of 10 doses per person, and called for an investigation of EP President Ursula Ven den Leyden’s secret communications with Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla, more details described here.
The Need for a New Tool: A Truly Informed Coercion on Behalf Children for Those Mandating Experimental mRNA Injections
My first Truly Informed Consent Checklist on Behalf Children was a tool to awaken parents and caregivers before they jabbed their kids. However, school mandates usurp that sacred parental responsibility.
So, evolving from my Informed Consent on Behalf of Children Checklist, I created an Informed Coercion checklist to put in the hands of DC Council Members to inform them before they voted. Council Members are not only responsible to the children, but to those who will bear the burden of care or grief for potential harms caused by their mandates.
I came prepared to the November 1 rally with 13 copies to give to CMs. Ironically, I could not get into the building to deliver them with “proof of vaccination,” despite relaxation of CDC guidelines. They did let me give the forms to a staff member to distribute to them. I talked the 3 Black women staff members who also did not believe the propaganda, but had to “follow orders.”
The Need for Yet Another Tool: Notice of Liability
In addition to being informed, those who mandate questionable injections into young, developing bodies should bear responsibility for everyone harmed because of their coercion. Since mandates undermine informed consent, the “mandaters” must be held liable for all harms caused by their dictates.
We need a Notice of Liability, for those mindlessly requiring children to take shots they don’t need that pose life-altering or ending risks. If lawmakers knew that they would have to pay a price for their ignorance and laziness they might take time to be informed about potential, short-term, long-term, known and yet unknown harms.

In August 2022, mRNA shots were approved for little ones from 6 months on the basis of Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), even though there is no emergency for children. The CDC then voted to approve new bivalent Covid shots (not vaccines) with no human trials. Children receiving experimental genetic interventions into their developing bodies are subjects in a medical experiment, requiring fully informed consent according to the Nuremberg Code.
Children, incapable of informed consent, are dependent on responsible adults to protect them.
Parents/guardians are capable of informed consent on behalf of children, but many defer this sacred responsibility to trusted public authorities – the government, the school system and the CDC, despite fraudulent, incomplete safety studies, flimsy, falsified data, exclusion of subjects, whistleblower testimony, expert warnings, no long-term data and now, no human clinical trials.
Responsible adults owe an exceptional duty of care to seek information from independent sources with no conflicts of interest, about lifelong impacts on all bodily systems. This responsibility is magnified for experimental treatments that have been rushed, based on incomplete, corrupted animal and human studies, while ignoring, denying and censoring a variety of safety signals.
According to the Nuremberg Code and medical ethics, those who provide “medical” procedures are required to secure FULLY INFORMED consent regarding potential adverse effects and alternative treatments to parents and guardians who choose to give mRNA shots to their utterly dependent children. Failure to obtain informed consent is malpractice.
In addition, those who mandate these shots have a moral and ethical obligation to be truly, deeply, fully informed about known high risks and lack of benefit these dangerous shots pose for children. They must be held accountable for every adverse reaction, disability and death caused by these unnecessary shots they are requiring.
You have a sacred responsibility to protect the children of DC. Do not defer your responsibility to any government agency, public official pharmaceutical company, doctor, or anyone submissive to parties with conflicts of interest who base their dictates on rigged, fraudulent studies that manipulate and cherry pick data to conceal demonstrable, irrefutable, discoverable evidence of harms.
If you are truly concerned about our children’s actual metabolic health, immune function and resilience, teach health, nutrition, immune boosting, provide healthy school lunches, sunlight and vitamin D. Teach children and their parents ways to increase agency and mastery over their health.
Please vote against mandates of toxic shots for children.

Truly, Fully, Informed Coercion Checklist on Behalf of Children
1. __ I am informed that children receiving mRNA injections are unwitting subjects in a medical experiment, which requires fully informed consent according to the Nuremberg Code. Since children are incapable of informed consent, those requiring shots bear responsibility and liability.
2. __ I am informed that children have a 99.995% recovery rate from Covid. Their innate immune systems can efficiently clear the virus, with mild or no symptoms, conferring superior, more enduring, flexible natural immunity. Global data indicates that virtually zero healthy children under 19 years old have died from COVID. The best defense against any virus is a strong immune system.
3. __ I am informed that the FDA and CDC approved of mRNA injections based on an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), even though there is no emergency for children.
4. __ I am informed that there is no long-term safety data over weeks, months, years, or decades, including antibody dependent enhancement, autoimmune disease, neurodegenerative disorders, heart problems, thrombotic conditions, prion disease, reproductive harms including infertility.
5. __ I am informed that no licensed, FDA approved, Covid shot is currently available in the US.
6. __ I am informed that the new bivalent mRNA injections were approved with no human trials, based on 8 mice who got sick and were killed with no autopsies.
7. __ I am informed that the US is the only country to approve of shots for children under 5. Many countries halted mRNA injections for young people (under 18, under 30, under 50 in Denmark) due to high risks of myocarditis and other adverse reactions and deaths.
8. __ I am informed that mRNA injections, technically not “vaccines” are genetic interventions never used on humans, based on flawed, “underpowered” animal & human studies, using few subjects, followed for a short time, eliminating subjects, injecting the control group to wipe out future comparisons, manipulating and misrepresenting data, all of which are scientific fraud.
9. __ I am informed that mRNA shots instruct cells to manufacture spike proteins that circulate uncontrollably through the body, cross the placenta & blood-brain barrier, lodge in organs, endothelial cells, ovaries, testes, spleen, and heart.
__ I am informed that new bivalent mRNA injections include the original Wuhan strain which no longer exists, and new strains that will be obsolete as the virus mutates faster.
11. __ I am informed that mRNA shots do not prevent infection or transmission, as Pfizer admitted. Immunity wanes over time. Shots and boosters “unset” natural immunity, cause immune exhaustion, impair immune surveillance and the immune system’s ability to clear the virus, and cause negative efficacy, meaning those who get the shots are more likely to get Covid.
12. __ I am informed that it is estimated that most children have natural immunity to COVID, far superior to mRNA injection-induced immunity. Those with natural immunity are at a multiply higher risk of adverse reactions and death from unnecessary shots which have no benefit, only risk of harm.
13. __ I am informed that children’s innate immune systems usually clear the virus quickly with mild symptoms, if any, and if necessary there are safe, effective, inexpensive drugs, natural supplements and treatments available for early treatment of Covid.
14. _ I am informed that mRNA shots impact cardiac, hematological, neurological, reproductive and immune systems. Over a million (underreported) adverse reactions include anaphylactic shock, allergic reactions, blood clots, bleeding disorders, aggressive cancers, myocarditis, pericarditis, thrombocytopenia, strokes, heart attacks, tinnitus, vertigo, miscarriages, still births, death, and more. Insurance companies report shocking increases in all cause morality since 2021. Funeral directors report increased deaths of young people and 5 times more orders for child-size caskets. Embalmers report strange, new blood clots.
15. __ I am informed that mRNA shots pose a significant risk of myocarditis, highest in young males, causing permanent heart damage and death, as well as heart attacks and strokes. Record numbers of young, healthy athletes around the world are dropping dead on the court.
16. __ I am informed that if one has an adverse reaction after the first shot, they must not get the secondunder any circumstances. More severe reactions and deaths occur with subsequent shots.
17. __ I am informed that no party involved in manufacturing, administering, mandating or coercing Covid shots has any legal liability for harm caused by the shots. Families of those injured or killed feel completely abandoned, dismissed and insulted by the medical community and society.
18. __ I am informed that Covid shots are approved to be co-administered with other childhood vaccines on the CDC schedule, and flu shots which contain multiple toxic adjuvants, like aluminum, although there have been no safety studies testing for interaction effects. Other countries do not give multiple shots.
19. __ I am informed that ICU hospitalizations and deaths due to COVID are an all-time low. Children with asthma, broken arms, etc., are hospitalized with Covid, not from Covid. There is now no emergency for children or anyone else.
20. __ I am informed that following approval of shots for children, there is a huge increase in child hospitalizations for RSV - Respiratory syncytial virus among children who received Covid shots.
EUA and Conflicts of Interests
21. __ I am informed that many voting FDA and CDC members have financial ties to Big Pharma, the biggest lobby, with revolving doors with government agencies and profit from approval.
22. __ I am informed that fraudulent, rigged “safety” studies were conducted by Pfizer and Moderna, who control the methodology and data and not by independent scientists or external regulators. Contradictory data from other sources is censored and/or called misinformation.
23. __ I am informed that based on data from 5 – 17-year-olds, it is a statistical certainty that there will be adverse reactions, injuries, disabilities, trauma and deaths.
24. __I am informed that approval for children was necessary to get these shots on CDC’s childhood vaccine schedule in order to avoid full legal liability for Covid shot injuries and deaths for all ages.

Help me understand how Mary Cheh maintains the position that the “unvaccinated” would “have the right to subject other people to illness” given the CDC's final determination that the vaccines don't stop transmission? That is absolutely ridiculous. I had a frustrating conversation with an old friend yesterday regarding vaccination. I asked her how she felt knowing that the vaccines, according to the CDC, whom she had endlessly quoted to me for 2 years, don't stop infection or transmission. She said, "it made me feel sad". She went on to say that she's glad she's vaccinated and that she only feels comfortable being with vaccinated people. It's a disconnect for sure. How do we stop this from happening? I wish we had a definitive answer to that.
